RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty working days from the delivery of the goods.

The customer who exercises the right of withdrawal must then return - without delay and in any case within thirty working days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract - the product in its substantial integrity and in the original packaging together with the purchase receipt to the company Royal Cafe Twin Srls - Via Mesula 12 - 00158 Rome.
For the purposes of expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarder.
The shipment of the product to the sender is charged exclusively on the first withdrawal and at Royal's expense Cafe Twin Srls and under the responsibility of the same.
The Company, after the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the product or, at the latest, after having received the product and having verified the integrity of the same, will refund the Customer only the price of the product paid by the Customer. within 14 days.
The Company will arrange the shipping costs for the return.
