When the package leaves our warehouse, an automatic email is sent with the shipment Tracking Number. This shows the date of shipment and the date of collection of the package from our warehouse to your home. The shipment will be updated when it is taken over in Italy by the GLS / DHL courier and delivered to the nearest branch. If you have not received the email, we recommend that you check your spam box. If you entered the wrong email when placing your order or simply did not receive an email, you can always contact us and we will retrieve your order information.

We send goods all over Europe every day. We always do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible! After completing the order you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided at the time of the order. Our standard delivery time is 2-10 business days. Some items may have a slightly longer delivery time, which is indicated on each product page under availability. We remind you that the delivery starts from our warehouse in Italy, only when the package is registered by the GLS / DHL courier, the traceability link is updated and a final programming is received from the Courier.  Before this step, the tracking code is not valid on the GLS / DHL website. All delivery times are expressed in working days - this does not include weekends or public holidays. We invite you to contact Customer Service only after the delivery time indicated has expired.

Ordinary shipments are delivered by the courier GLS for shipments in Italy and DHL for European shipments. Some products allow express delivery within 1-2 business days via GLS or DHL. All the packages we send are traceable through the Tracking Number

Understanding if a product is ready to go is simple, you will find on each product a green or yellow light that indicates the availability of the product. If the light is green, the product is ready to go, if it is yellow, don't worry, buy it and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

When picking up the package it is important to check the packaging immediately. If the packaging is damaged, please notify the courier immediately and collect it with "Reserve".

Once the package has been opened, in the case of damaged products delivered, the return request must be sent within 5 working days.

All packages are traceable. We are responsible for transport risks, i.e. the risk of damage or loss of the product during shipment. The customer assumes responsibility for the transport risks of the return shipment in the event of a return or return.

If you refuse the package without prior explanation, the shipping costs will be charged.

If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to request cancellation of the purchase in case of delay. We will do everything in our power to deliver your order by the due date.
