STANDARD SHIPPING IN ITALY WITH BRT (2/4 WORKING DAYS):

  • Standard Shipping starting from 6,90 €
  • +6 € for payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
  • Click & Collect, pick up in store: delivery is free
  • Times are related to products available in stock, all products with a green light.

EUROPEAN STANDARD SHIPPING WITH BRT or POST SDA (5/10 WORKING DAYS):

  • The cost of shipping is calculated at check out based on the best rate of the BRT and POSTE SDA couriers
  • Times are related to products available in stock, all products with a green light.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF ITEMS:

  • Free replacement of items
  • Return of the items received by sending the goods to the warehouse Cafe Twin and subsequent reimbursement of the amount paid. Return shipping costs are paid by Royal Cafe Twin SRLs
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can use the appropriate withdrawal booking form

The items ordered are carefully packaged with the appropriate packaging and entrusted for shipment to the courier BRT / POSTE SDA

The courier carries out the delivery within approximately 2/20 working days from the date of confirmation of the availability of the items.
Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may take a few more working days.
Although we try to improve the service we offer more and more, there may be slight delays in periods such as sales, Black Friday, special promotions.

The goods are shipped from our central warehouse in Italy.
If the items ordered are not all available, they will be shipped from different warehouses at no additional cost to the customer.

If at the time of delivery the recipient is absent, the courier BRT/POST SDA will leave a nondelivery notice.

You can arrange delivery for the following days by connecting to the BRT or POSTE SDA portal.
After 5 days of storage in the BRT / POSTE SDA warehouses, undelivered deliveries will be returned to the sender shop.

Upon departure from our warehouses you will receive the shipment tracking number to monitor the position of your package.

The sending is made to the address you specified in the order, so we recommend that you indicate the details of your address very precisely:

  • Name and surname, or company name indicated on your doorbell (e.g. Mario Rossi c / o Gioielli Diamanti)
  • Address: street, square, etc. without abbreviations (e.g. Via Alessandro Volta)
  • Street number: it must always be specified, if it is not present it indicates SNC (Without Street Number)
  • Postcode: indicate the specific postcode of your municipality or hamlet
  • Municipality: indicates the name of the municipality and any fraction
  • Province: indicates the abbreviation of your province

We remind you to provide us with an address where the courier can find someone to collect the package upon delivery.

If you cannot receive the package at your home, please indicate the address of a trusted person (relatives, friends) or, if possible, your workplace.

At the time of delivery we advise you to check that the neck and the tape used for closure are in good condition and without tampering.
